Western Pleasure & Equitation Style Show Chaps

The chaps shown in the next couple pages are the popular style with western pleasure, horsemanship and equitation riders. They have accents on the chaps consisting of contrasting colors, double fringe, studs, rhinestones etc. If there is a style you want but don't see on the site don't worry - it can be made for you. The possibilities are endless!

These pairs of chaps represent the basic show chap in the 2 most popular colors - black and bone. All of these styles of chaps are made with a higher cut waist for a more flattering fit and the cuffs are gusseted for a smooth fit over the boots. If you are concerned with "gapping" at the top of the thigh, an elastic strip can be inserted to help prevent this. However with the "cut" of the chaps, gapping is rarely a problem.

THis fancy pair of chaps is made with blue top grain leather (buff or suede side out) and accented with filigree cut outs showing sky blue top grain leather. They are piped in the sky blue and the fringe is "double" sky blue and the blue body color.

This pair of chaps is made with Bone top grain leather accented with black suede cutouts and black piping. There are also 20 and 30SS rimset Swarovski crystals. The cuffs are also decorated the same. They are a very classy and rich looking pair of chaps.

This pair features "Faux Ostrich" yokes. This gives the chaps a subtle design that is not overpowering but definately noticeable.

This pair of chaps is made with Bone top grain leather and accented with silver studs and rimset Swarovski crystals.
